Overview
Ramadan 2026 marked a significant milestone for MyFundAction USA, as we successfully executed a series of community-driven initiatives focused on engagement, awareness, and impact-led fundraising.
Through strategic collaborations with university MSAs and community partners, we were able to:
- Strengthen our presence within the Muslim community in California
- Promote the Africa Water Well Initiative (Nigeria and Uganda)
- Engage youth and wider community audiences
- Generate impactful digital content to extend campaign reach
Key Initiatives
We held three major collaborative Iftar events:
- Stan State (with Stan State MSA)
- Las Positas College (with Las Positas MSA)
- Cars & Chai Iftar (Shish Grill, San Ramon)
Stan State Iftar

Our collaborative iftar with Stan State MSA brought students and community members together for Ramadan 2026.

We joined Las Positas MSA for an on-campus iftar welcoming students, families, and neighbors.

Shish Grill, San Ramon
Our Cars & Chai community iftar at Shish Grill connected supporters, volunteers, and guests around food and purpose.

Beyond Ramadan iftars, we continued building ties through halaqa and community programming on campus.
Impact Achieved
- Distributed over 100 Qurans
- Funded 3 water wells in Africa
- Reached 300+ people in person
Closing Reflection
Ramadan 2026 showcased the power of combining community engagement, content, and purpose-driven storytelling. We look forward to building on this momentum and expanding our outreach further Insha'Allah.
